Emphases and concentrations are not printed on diplomas. Emphases are listed on official transcripts; concentrations are not.
An emphasis is a focused area of study that may be offered as a track within a department's degree program, or as an optional interdisciplinary addition to an existing graduate degree program in one or more departments. A concentration is an unofficial track which may be part of undergraduate major requirements.
