Our Best Answer - What does the 'Use in-progress courses in my major progress check' check-box mean?
Using Work-in-progress in a Major Progress Check
If you check this box, the Major Progress Check will use all courses in which you are currently registered towards satisfaction of any requirements in your Progress Check. By checking this box, you acknowledge your understanding that a 'work-in-progress' audit includes courses that have not yet received final grades.
You understand that requirements satisfied with in-progress courses may later revert to unsatisfied status if the courses are not taken and completed, or if the necessary grades are not earned. You also understand that for the purposes of this audit, any unresolved courses from previous quarters (including grades of 'I,' blank grades, etc.) will be included in the GPA calculations as if they were assigned grades of ‘F.’
