Our Best Answer - How and when will I receive my financial aid?
How and When You Will Receive Financial Aid
Our office begins crediting aid for a given term after fees are assessed, providing you meet all disbursement criteria. One third of your accepted aid will disburse to your BARC account each quarter.
After your aid has been disbursed to your BARC account, university fees are then deducted from your Financial Aid. Any remaining credit after these fees are deducted will be mailed to the local address on your GOLD account or directly deposited to your bank account if you have enrolled in e-refund. BARC cannot begin refunding your aid until 10 days prior to the beginning of the term, per federal requirements. You may find more information on the BARC website regarding the refund schedule.
