Our Best Answer - What is considered full-time status?
Full Time Status
Undergraduate students achieve full time status when they are enrolled, and in paid status, for 12 units or more per academic quarter. Waitlisted classes are not included in the number of enrolled units. A student is considered part-time if they enroll in 11 units or less. Refer to Quarterly Enrollment Limits in the General Catalog for more information.
Graduate students must be enrolled, with fees paid, in a minimum of 8 units (although 12 units per academic quarter is expected) to maintain official registration status. See Graduate Division Registration Expectations for more information.
