Our Best Answer - How do I get refunded for fees already paid for the quarter?
Tuition & Fees Refund
Prior to the first day of instruction students will use the Cancellation of Registration Petition. Cancellation of registration will result in a 100% refund of tuition and fees paid to UC Santa Barbara. Cancellation does result in 100% of financial aid being cancelled.
Once the term has started students will use the Undergraduate Withdrawal Petition. Refunds related to tuition and fees will follow the published Refund Schedule. The impact of withdrawal on financial aid can be viewed at A Guide to the Return of Title IV Aid Funds.
Housing Refund
For refund of Housing fees due to cancellation or withdrawal please contact UCSB Housing, Dining & Auxiliary Enterprises.
