Our Best Answer - How can a student or student group reserve a room on campus?
Room Reservation
Students or student groups may request or reserve a space on campus for non-academic events. Venues include most classrooms, lecture halls, and outdoors spaces. Room layouts and media capabilities are listed on the Classroom Inventory web page. Information for submitting a Campus Space Reservation request can be found on the Student Engagement & Leadership Scheduling On-Campus Venues page.
If you wish to reserve a room that is not listed in the general inventory, visit the Student Engagement & Leadership's Campus Scheduling Guide for more information.
