If you are a student and you would like to view your bill or make a payment, please access your BARC account.

Access to your BARC account requires a UCSBNetID and password. You can find your UCSBNetID and reset your password here.

Parent Users do not have an UCSBNetID. Students are encouraged to establish Parent Users in Gaucho eBill. For security purposes, Parent User Name and Password are created and maintained solely by Student Account holders. Students can create and maintain Parent Access in their BARC account.
