Health & Wellness Program
UCSB Health & Wellness Program promotes the mental, physical and social health of all students by enhancing individual skills and positive relationships with families, peers and the UCSB/Isla Vista community. Health & Wellness Program topics include: Positive Psychology; Meditation; Sleep; Food, Nutrition & Basic Skills; Sexual Health & Relationships; Stress Reduction; Eating Disorder & Body Image; Alcohol & Other Drugs.
Health & Wellness staff works within a comprehensive research-based framework to foster healthy campus learning environments that nurture optimal student development, resilience and well-being.
The Health & Wellness Program offers a variety of special events throughout the academic year. Some of them include College Sailing Nights, Dog Therapy Day, Nap stations and the UCSB Labyrinth.
