Our Best Answer - How do I withdraw from the school?
Withdrawing From UC Santa Barbara
Withdrawal from UC Santa Barbara begins on the first day of instruction. Students will use the Undergraduate Withdrawal Petition. For more information please visit the Registrar's Office webpage.
Prior to the first day of instruction it is not a withdrawal, but a cancellation. Students can cancel by initiating a Quarter Cancellation Petition, under the Petitions tab, in GOLD.
