Drop/Withdraw a Class
Students can drop/withdraw from a class during their assigned Pass Time at My UCSB in the My Class Schedule tab. The schedule of pass times and last days to drop classes with and without fees can be found on the Office of the Registrar website.
Drop Course after Deadline
Undergraduate Students must speak with their college or departmental advisors to attain approval.
Undergraduate Students seeking to drop a course retroactively, which occurs after the academic term has ended, will need to contact their college for more information.
Graduate students have until the last day of insturction to drop classes via GOLD. After the last day of instruction, students must use the Retroactive Schedule Adjustment Petition.
